Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This is the website of JR the Poet. It’s built and run for JR the Poet by Creators’ Catalog LLC. This page explains what information this site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Booking requests: your name, email, the dates and details you send, and any price you offer.
• Messages: your name, email, subject and message.
• Mailing list: your email, if you sign up.
• Payments: when you buy something or pay a pay link, Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number. We get your name, email, what you paid for and, for items that ship, your shipping address.
• Basic site data: like any website, the servers that run it keep standard logs (such as your browser type and the pages you visit) to keep the site working and safe.

How it’s used

• To answer your booking request or message.
• To send you updates, only if you joined the mailing list.
• To process your payment, deliver what you bought, and send receipts.

Who it’s shared with

We don’t sell your information. It’s only shared with the services that run this site: Stripe (payments), our email provider (sending emails), and our hosting and database providers. They only use it to provide those services.

Your choices

• Every mailing list email has an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask us to see, fix or delete your information at any time by emailing JR@undercurrent.net.

Kids

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
